• 3.72% of the final purchasing price free from debt. The minimum fee is €3,000 including VAT 24%.

• 3.72% of the final purchasing price free from debt. The minimum fee is €3,000 including VAT 24%.

Rental of a residence or property

• 1.24 times the amount of one month's rent, including VAT 24%. The minimum fee is €600 including VAT 24%.

Investment services

• Pricing is tailored on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the overall service package.

Valuation statement or report for a home or property

• The fee is determined according to the site. We will reimburse the valuation fee from the brokerage fee if we are asked to broker the site within 3 months from the valuation date.

• The marketing of sites in Russia on our website www.hellehouse.ru and the pricing of the service are agreed on a case-by-case basis taking the overall service package into account.

• €110 per hour, including VAT 24%. In addition, we will also charge for any possible, immediate document expenses.
